Leikkimökki / Playhouses, 1997

We have warm memories of playhouses where children prepared themselves for the adult world. Father built the children their very own playhouse under the birch in the yard or there was a similar playhouse in the neighbor´s yard. White trim decorated the red playhouse and there were little benches on the front porch. All kinds of playhouses can be found, however, as the photographs in this book attest: from hanging rug huts to little churches.
